North West Evaluation Network
About us
NWEN has been established for four years and currently has over 80 members across the North West, based in a variety of organisations - health, local government and other public agencies, voluntary sector, universities – as well as freelance. They are involved in evaluation in fields such as health and healthcare, social work, education, regeneration, employment, and youth work.
The group was set up in response to a need expressed locally from both the statutory and voluntary sectors, for support in doing and using evaluation as well as help in identifying evaluators to collaborate with.
A series of events is held annually with many of the seminars and workshops provided for free.
Membership of NWEN is open to UKES members and non-members. We have an email list, run by an e-coordinator, and members receive regular e-bulletins.
