Annual Conference 2020 Announcement

The latest guidance on the Coronavirus (COVID-19 virus) pandemic is that we avoid large gatherings, gatherings in smaller public spaces, and non-essential use of public transport. We have therefore been reviewing the implications for the UK Evaluation Society conference in early June – and monitoring the situation carefully while appreciating that guidance is changing rapidly – and have come to the difficult decision to postpone the conference for 2020. We have the safety of all participants at the centre of our considerations and will carefully follow government guidance.

We are contacting everyone who submitted abstracts for the conference and will keep you updated through this period of uncertainty. We will post updates on the UK Evaluation Society website and Twitter (#UKevaluation and @UKevaluation). We will continue liaising with the venue, the keynote speakers and considering alternative arrangements. We will inform you as soon as possible once our plans are confirmed.
