Dr Olha Krasovska, Head of Board, Ukrainian Evaluation Association.
Independent M&E expert with 15+ years of designing, implementing, managing and evaluating national and international projects in the field of decentralisation, local self-government, and local democracy, regional economic policy, SME development (Ukraine, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, EaP countries etc). Experienced in working with donors (EU, USAID, ILO, DANIDA, Swiss Cooperation Office in Ukraine, SIDA) and international organisations (GFA consulting group, Ernst and Young, PwC, World Bank, GIZ, Nordic Consulting Group, Berlin Economics, the Technopolis Group, and Blomeyer & Sanz)
Dmytro Kondratenko, Head of Caritas Ukraine MEL Unit (2018 – )
MEL expert with 8 years of professional experience. Specializing in humanitarian assistance, humanitarian development, migration and resilience. Works over development of MEL systems, monitoring and lessons learned. Board member and ex-head of Ukrainian Evaluation Association Board. MA in political science.
Iryna Nehrieieva, Independent Evaluator and MEL Consultant.
Over 20-year experience with international technical assistance programs in areas of governance and democracy, SME development, health reform, human rights, energy efficiency, as well as humanitarian sector. Solo and team member for at least 15 independent evaluations initiated by USAID and by implementing partners of DRL, US Department of State, EU, SIDA, IRF, German Federal Foreign Office. Proficiency in project design, implementation and establishing MEL systems, project reporting. Effectively use and adapt quantitative and qualitative methods and toolkits for independent research
