Winners of the 2023 Evaluation Prizes

We are thrilled to have worked in partnership with both RSM UK and Ipsos UK this year to award three evaluation prizes – the first recognising the growing and impactful use of Data Analytics in Evaluation, the second the impact and efforts of Early Career Evaluators, and the third novel and Innovative Methods.

 

The prize winners were announced during the final day of our recent conference.

 

The Winners

  1. Data Analytics in Evaluation Prize – sponsored by RSM UK

The prize was awarded to Marie Loeb, Carla Barrett, Agnieszka Dennis and Manpaal Singh from the Royal Mencap Society for the development and effective delivery of the Mencap Impact Dashboard.

 

  1. Early Career Evaluator Prize – sponsored by Ipsos UK

The prize was awarded to Dr. Maria Fotiadou for her evaluation work with Wise Steps, a social inclusion that was delivered in the NorthEast and funded by the ESF and the National Lottery Fund.

 

  1. Innovation in Methodologies Prize – sponsored by Ipsos UK

The prize was awarded to a team comprising Callum Taylor, Chris Barnett and Leonora Evans-Gutierrez, from Itad and, Andrew Pinney, from Statistics for Sustainable Development, for their impact evaluation study of the EU-IOM Joint Initiative for Migrant Protection and Reintegration.
