The UK Evaluation Society

Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

UK Evaluation Society (UKES) Council is calling an Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday 17th July at 12:30pm BST to ask members to pass a resolution so that we become a charity.

We have set out both the process and rationale so members can understand why the meeting has been called and what we want to achieve with it. This is a key moment in the growth and development of UKES and we hope to see as many members as possible register and attend, though if needed, members can also submit a proxy vote. The meeting will also give members a chance to hear from, meet and network virtually with our new Council and new President, Kirstine Szifris.

Detailed information is available on our Event page: 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

All members (as of 5pm 23 May 2024) were sent an email with links to the Event page and relevant attachments, however any new members are encouraged and welcome to attend the meeting.

If you have any questions about the EGM, the process, or need assistance with registering, contact the UKES Staff team on hello@evaluation.org.uk.

We hope you will join us for this significant event in the Society’s history!

You must register for the event no matter if you are attending online, in-person, or submitting a proxy form.
